Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using the Hobby Enclave platform.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing products from our Specimen Catalog, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. This website is operated by Hobby Enclave. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Hobby Enclave.

2. Product Specifications & Live Perishables

Our inventory consists of natural products, live specimens, and custom glassware:

**Natural Hardscapes**: Stones (e.g., Seiryu, Dragon Rock) and Driftwood (e.g., Spider Wood) are organic specimens. Colors, textures, shapes, and dimensions vary. Images in our catalog are indicative representations; the actual items received will have natural variations.
**Live Flora**: Aquatic tissue cultures and stem plants require specific lighting, CO2, and nutrient parameters. We guarantee live arrival but are not responsible for plant performance, growth, or survival post-planting.
**Glass Aquariums**: We supply rimless glass tanks manufactured using premium ultra-clear low-iron glass. Once filled, the customer assumes all responsibility for tank placement, cabinet structural integrity, levelling mats, and water damage.

3. Pricing & Billing

We reserve the right to change prices and discontinue products without notice. Payments are secured via Razorpay. Orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) are subject to phone verification by our support team before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel any order if shipping to the delivery postcode is determined to be unserviceable by our carrier networks.

4. Shipping & Delivery Liability

Our shipping rates are calculated live using Shiprocket services. Title and risk of loss for physical items pass to you upon delivery by the carrier. We are not liable for delayed deliveries caused by courier delays, regional restrictions, or incorrect pincodes provided during checkout.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
