1. Shipping Logistics & Coverage

We process and ship orders all across India. Dry goods, fertilizers, hardscape stones, and driftwood roots are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation. We leverage premium courier partners via Shiprocket to ensure fast and fully tracked shipping.

2. Perishables & Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)

Live aquatic plants, tissue cultures, and delicate mosses require specialized shipping conditions to survive:

• Dispatch Cycle: Live plant orders are strictly dispatched on **Mondays and Tuesdays** to ensure they do not get delayed in transit warehouses over weekends.
• LAG Coverage: We pack all plants in thermo-foil insulated boxes. If your plant arrives decayed or melted due to transport delays, we offer full coverage under our Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG).
• Submitting LAG Claims: You must record a continuous, uncut video showing the unboxing of your package within **4 hours of delivery** and email it to support@hobbyenclave.in along with your order ID.

3. Glassware & Aquarium Transit Protection

Ultra-clear rimless glass aquariums are fragile and heavy. We use reinforced wooden crate framing and high-density foam buffers to insulate glass during surface transit.

All glassware shipments are fully insured. If your tank arrives cracked, do not discard the packaging or shock-watch sensors. Follow the unboxing video guidelines and contact us within 4 hours to claim a free replacement or complete refund.

4. Local Delivery & Kolkata Gallery Pickups

Since we maintain active roots in Kolkata, customers residing in the city can choose local delivery methods:

• Local Pickup: You can select "Local Pickup" during checkout to collect your hardscape or glass tanks directly from our physical gallery near **Gallif Street, Shyambazar, Kolkata**.
• Express Delivery: Same-day or next-day express hand-delivery is available for aquariums and live plants within Greater Kolkata via specialized local transport services.

5. Shipping Costs & Timelines

Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight and dimensions. Standard domestic transit takes between **3 to 7 business days** for dry goods. Live items are sent via air courier where available, arriving in **2 to 3 business days**.
