How to request account deletion

To permanently delete your account, please send an email to our support team from the email address associated with your Hobby Enclave account.

Body: Please include your full name and confirm that you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

What happens when you delete your account?

All your personal information, including your name, email address, and shipping addresses, will be permanently removed from our databases.
Your order history will be anonymized, meaning we will retain the transaction records for tax and legal purposes, but they will no longer be linked to your identity.
You will be unsubscribed from all marketing communications and newsletters.
Any active wishlists or saved shopping carts will be cleared.

Please note: Account deletion is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, we cannot recover any of your data.

Processing Time

We typically process account deletion requests within 3 to 5 business days. We may reach out to you via email if we need to verify your identity before proceeding with the deletion.
